I believe that Social responsibility of business implies the obligations of the management of a business enterprise to protect the interests of the society & for taking business decisions is not merely to maximize profits or shareholders value but also to serve and protect the interests of other members of a society such as workers, consumers and the community as a whole.

I come from management background with a Master degree in Business Management I am the Managing Director of Azomo India and in charge of Administrative activities, Customer Relations as well as Sales and Marketing.

With a willingness to contribute something remarkable in the safety industry, I have the passion for this growing company and developing a win-win partnerships.

I am convinced that the concept of the social perception of management is to maximize the profit of the company by consistently maintaining a high level of social responsibility. The protection of all interests should be safeguarded and no one be harmed.

I firmly believe that this includes my personal responsibility towards our customers by offering goods and services at reasonable prices and ensuring good product quality. Through appropriate research and development, I want to introduce new, innovative products without misleading our customers.

The demand on myself, the sense of responsibility towards my society, to harmonize the environment and developing of back ward areas and promoting small scale industries is also underlined by my origin from an Indian middle-class family from a small town in northern India.

After completing a Master’s Degree in Business Administration, I can look back on considerable experience as a marketing professional in the field of safety shoes.

As director of AZOMO India, I would like to continue my success story and create a milestone in the personal protective industry.
